Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Free freight is available for all orders exceeding $3,000 (inclusive of GST).
- The delivery address must be within a 200km radius from the closest Mr Coolroom depot.
2. Order Placement:
- Orders must be placed through our official channels, including our website, email, or direct contact with our sales team.
- The free freight offer is applicable only to orders confirmed and invoiced by Mr Coolroom.
3. Delivery Conditions:
- Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of order placement. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated and confirmed by Mr Coolroom at least 48 hours before dispatch.
- Mr Coolroom reserves the right to choose the freight carrier and delivery schedule.
4. Unloading Requirements:
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that appropriate unloading equipment, such as a forklift, is available at the delivery location. This is necessary to safely and efficiently unload the goods from the delivery vehicle.
- The client must ensure that the unloading site is accessible for the delivery vehicle and that there is sufficient space for the safe operation of unloading equipment.
- Any delays or additional costs incurred due to the absence of suitable unloading equipment will be the responsibility of the client.
5. Exclusions and Limitations:
- The free freight offer does not apply to orders requiring special handling, including but not limited to oversized items, hazardous materials, or items requiring refrigeration.
- Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations may incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.
6. Force Majeure:
- Mr Coolroom is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
7. Liability and Risk:
- Once the order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to the absence of a recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
- The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the client upon delivery. The client is responsible for ensuring that the unloading process is conducted safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations.
8. Return and Cancellation Policy:
- All sales are final once the client has accepted and paid for the order. Mr Coolroom does not accept returns, provide refunds, or allow cancellations after payment has been processed.
- In the event of a fault on the part of Mr Coolroom, please contact our customer service team to discuss potential resolutions.
9. Amendments:
- Mr Coolroom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and will apply to orders placed after the date of amendment.
Material Selection Responsibility:
- Mr Coolroom offers skin thickness options of 0.4mm and 0.6mm for our products. It is the client's responsibility to determine and seek appropriate guidance on which thickness is suitable for their specific build requirements.
- Mr Coolroom is not responsible for advising on the suitability of material thickness for any particular project. Clients should ensure they have sought expert guidance prior to placing an order for materials.
- Any issues arising from the selection of incorrect material thickness will not be the responsibility of Mr Coolroom.
